Service providers

The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection and a restricted server-side service to validate submissions and deliver them to RNA Forge. The website does not use advertising trackers or sell enquiry information.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with service providers or professional advisers where reasonably necessary to operate the business, respond to the enquiry or meet legal obligations. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Your choices

You may ask RNA Forge to provide, correct or delete personal information it holds about you where applicable. You may also ask us to stop using your information for follow-up communications.

Confidential information

Do not send confidential RNA sequences, proprietary formulations, unpublished process details or sensitive commercial information through an initial public enquiry. Contact RNA Forge first so an appropriate confidential discussion can be arranged.
